She is experienced in system change at national and organisational levels. She was a very successful Regional Adviser across 3 UK Government Regions on the biggest Change Programme in Europe at the time, the Blair Government Every Child Matters (ECM) policy delivery.
Build purposeful teams
She has worked with The Soil Association to review and advance their £16million Food for Life change programme in schools. She has advised the National College for School Leadership on the design and delivery of change programmes for advanced and emerging leaders, alongside multiple consultancy remits to support organisational change in diverse organisations.
