Rosie is an accomplished and experienced designer of accredited courses that develop skills in leadership, problem-solving and innovation – courses designed to deliver real impact!

Below are some examples of courses designed and their purposes.

As Executive Head at the School of Education in St Mary’s University, London (2000-2005), she designed a suite of postgraduate programmes, notably the MA in Leadership for Innovation & Change (LIAC) which continues to be their signature programme for school-leadership development.

In her consultancy role to the National College for School Leadership (2008-2010) she design the pilot course for Integrated Children Centres’ Leaders that lead to the National Professional Qualification in Integrated Centre leadership (NPQICL), a National Qualifications Framework, level 7 postgraduate qualification.

In her consultancy work with the Innovation Unit (2008-2010), Rosie co-designed and lead the Communities for Learning Programme delivered across England aimed at raising aspiration and engagement in hard-to-reach communities.

In her role as Regional Adviser to the Training and Development Agency, (2005-2008) Rosie co-developed a number of immersive system change programmes designed to upskill leaders in change management at scale. These intensive 4-day System Leadership Programmes offered training in change management tools and processes that equipped leaders to form Change Teams, know how to sponsor change and how to resource others to succeed.  These immersive courses were designed to help leaders successfully deliver the Every Child Matters (ECM) Government policy nationally.

Rosie designed the Academy for Innovation (AfI) flagship programme, the MA in Leadership & Innovation validated by the University of West London (UWL) in partnership with the Claude Littner Business School (2013-2018).  This programme was successfully delivered in multiple Innovation Hubs established by Rosie across the UK, supported by an Annual Innovation Conference and regular Masterclasses.

In her role of Professor of Leadership & Innovation at CLBS Business School, UWL, Rosie was the Thought Leader for design, specification and validation of the highly innovative MBA Coaching for Innovation and Change (2021-22).

In her consultancy work with the Applied Business Academy, London UK, Rosie lead the in-house team on the design and validation of their BA (Hons) Innovation in Learning and Development, which in May 2023 had  their first Graduation Ceremony for this course!

Rosie supports the team at Exeter University Business School to deliver their MBA through regularly offering Masterclasses in Innovation, Leadership & Strategy.

In her work with ATMS/Swiss Business School in Dubai, Rosie designed and now delivers the two Modules – Contemporary Management (CM) and  Management Research Perspectives (MRP) which are part of the DBA Programme. Students on this programme come from Dubai, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Abu Dhabi, Oman and other Middle Eastern locations.  She also supervises Doctoral Research Projects and is privileged to work with such inspiring and innovative DBA students.
